I created this blog as a way to stay in touch with friends and family, and share some of the highlights of our day to day lives. I am so blessed to have a husband that makes me laugh and 2 fabulous kids, Caroline & Jackson. Most of the time I appear to know what I am doing as a Mom of 2 who works part-time, but it's not always pretty!

Outdoor Life

We are trying to take advantage to the Spring days when they arrive. Lately Caroline has been decorating our driveway with chalk, playing with bubbles, and we have taken a trip to Odiorne Point to visit the beach, tidal pools and playground on the ocean. We also had a great time walking around Newburyport a few weeks ago.

The Moose, aka Jackson

Jackson was born on the larger side, 9lbs 60z, though I had no idea he would, or could, grow to be quite this size already. At 8 1/2 months he is weighing in at 28lbs. Josh took him to the new pediatrician the other day and the doctor announced "that can't be an 8th month old." He is an easy going baby thus far (once we clearly explained to him that sleep is an important part of the Gray household). Jack LOVES our dog Fred - he can be found climbing on top of Fred, into the dog crate, giving Fred kisses and attempting to use the dog toys as teethers (disgusting!). I have loved watching him learn to crawl, start babbling & can't wait to see him grow even more. However I am a little concerned about my grocery bill...

My Sweet Caroline

I am so blessed to have Caroline as my daughter...she is kind, smart, beautiful and makes me smile each day. The last 2 1/2 years have flown by. Now I find her singing all sorts of children's songs, reciting the alphabet and joking with me. She is even completely potty trained (it is great to have 1 kid in diapers again instead of 2)! Caroline loves to be outside, play in her kitchen and read books.
